Loganair's Inverness to Manchester flight this morning has been cancelled after a technical issue.

Passengers who were set to fly on the 11.05 am service to Manchester's terminal three, arriving at 12.35 pm, have been asked to contact the airline.

The company's grounded flights follow yesterday's cancellations between Inverness and Birmingham after technical issues.

A spokesman for Loganair said: “This morning’s Inverness to Manchester flight was unfortunately cancelled due to a technical issue with the aircraft.

“All customers are being rebooked on to alternative services. Safety is our number one priority at Loganair and we thank our customers for their patience and understanding.”
