A sex offender has been fined for breaching the requirements of the Sex Offender's Register.
Andrew Finlayson (58) of Balmacaan Road, Drumnadrochit appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court and admitted failing to notify he had received a new debit card within the statutory three days between May 4 and May 11, 2022.
He was fined £320.
