INVERNESS SHERIFF COURT: First offender admits quartet of offences

A 24-year-old Strathpeffer first offender will be assessed for a drug treatment and testing order assessment after admitting committing four offences within the space of two years.
Kieran Sehar, of Ardival Street, admitted to culpably and recklessly throwing a TV set from a third floor window of a Dingwall property on July 25, 2020. He also pleaded guilty to threatening or abusive behaviour towards a woman whom he had assaulted in Dingwall on February 11, 2021.
Inverness Sheriff Court was told he behaved in a threatening or abusive manner towards police, shouting and swearing in Kessock Road, Inverness and Raigmore Hospital in Inverness and spitting on the floor of a police vehicle on May 29, 2022.
Sehar will return to court on September 22.
