Police Scotland officers in Inverness launch appeal after Vauxhall Astra broken into in Culloden Moor area

POLICE have appealed for information after a thief broke into a car in Culloden Moor.

The perpetrator stole food and other items after forcing entry to a white Vauxhall Astra in the Castletown area.

The theft occurred sometime between 7pm on Monday and 3pm on Tuesday.

Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting reference NN2722/19, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
