Inverness man who brandished metal pole awaits fate

A 25-year-old Inverness man who brandished a metal pole at a house in the city's Raigmore housing estate will be sentenced in February.
Ryan Lathan, of Chattan Avenue, appeared before Sheriff Neil Wilson and admitted conducting himself in a disorderly manner in Mackintosh Road on August 8, 2022.
As Lathan was on a community payback order at the time of the offence, the sheriff deferred sentence for a background report.
Lathan will return to Inverness Sheriff Court on February 8.
