A 44-YEAR-OLD man has appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court on two allegations of coercing a person into being present during a sexual activity and a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour.
Gareth Evans, who is from Inverness, made no plea at the hearing which was held on Friday.
He was committed for further examination and released on bail.
