Inverness Leisure's telephone system has crashed due to an unprecedented demand for activities.

The issue is being worked on by the centre's provider and as soon as the problem is rectified staff will be contacting all those who have left voicemails.

A spokesman said: "We apologise for the inconvenience caused and would like to advise that we are looking at making these bookings available online in the future.

"Your patience whilst we catch up with everyone is appreciated."
