Inverness hospitality staff enjoy trip to the Turkish Riviera

Ten lucky hospitality staff have just enjoyed an all-inclusive, five star retreat in Turkey – all paid for by their employers.

Following its annual awards night, Cru Holdings, a hospitality and travel company in Inverness, jetted off its top staff to the Turkish Riviera to spend four days in the sunshine with the executive team.

The group stayed at the newly refurbished, Arum Barut Collection Hotel where they enjoyed relaxing in the sun next to the tropical-style pools, spa treatments and an extensive range of food and drinks.

Cru Holdings managing director, Scott Murray, said: “It’s always great being able to take the team away to one of my favourite destinations to convey our appreciation for all of their hard work.

"After a tough 12 months, it’s nice to be able to give them the chance to relax and unwind after a successful year.

"It’s also a great opportunity to discover how world-class hospitality is delivered in other parts of the world which always helps to inspire our operations going forward.”

Staff were giving the opportunity to visit towns in the Turkish Riviera, enjoy cocktails and an eight-course tasting menu. They also enjoyed a day go-karting and getting their competitive spirits out.

The Cru Holdings' award winners added: “We would like to say a massive thank you to both Scott and Ross who came along on the retreat as well as everyone else involved for the amazing opportunity.

We are all coming home with great memories and feeling closer as a team. It has truly been a trip to remember.”
