Sheriff Robert Frazer heard the case at Inverness Justice Centre.

A 42-year-old Inverness man pretended to be a woman to obtain £75 worth of goods by fraud from a shop.

Leslie Goodall, of Diriebught Road, had also used another man's debit card to get £46 worth of goods from a second shop, both of which were located on Inverness's Church Street.

He appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court and admitted two charges of fraud which were committed on June 25, last year.

No narrative was given for Sheriff Robert Frazer, who deferred sentence until May 11 for a drug treatment and testing order assessment.
