Infirmary Bridge closed on Bonfire Night.

THE Infirmary Bridge pedestrian route in Inverness will be temporarily closed this Saturday (November 5) during the Inverness Bonfire and Fireworks Display.

Highland Council said the closure is required in the interests of public safety and will apply to pedestrians and cyclists.

The closure will be in place between 4pm and 8pm on November 5.

The location of the closure can be seen in the above map.

Pedestrian and cycle access to the Bught Park bonfire and display will remain through Ness Islands and Ness Bridge.
