Inverness Campus is on the hunt for a new food trader, with an offer for one applicant to take part in a pilot scheme for free.

A free pitch is being offered for three month on the campus’s Plot 8, where the majority of Campus businesses are based within Aurora and Solasta Houses.

Following the pilot any future opportunities will likely be subject to a fee and a more formal bid process.

A spokesperson said: “Inverness Campus is a happening place, with 17 commercial businesses sitting alongside academic institutions and researchers. There can be anything up to 900 people on site, with others visiting at weekends for quiet recreation. At the moment, there appears to be more demand for catering provision than currently exists.”

Interested traders are urged to get in touch, with an application deadline of May 26.
