The Courtyard by Marriot will be situated within Inverness Airport Business Park and it set to open its doors later this year.

Owned and developed by Molo Hotels, the property will be operated by the independent hotel management company RBH.

Chief business development officer at RBH, Andrew Robb, said the company is delighted to be working alongside Molo hotels and Polcom Construction for the project.

“We’ve forged a strong working relationship with Molo Hotels and Polocom Construction over the years and are thrilled to be working with them on what promises to be another outstanding property,” said Mr Robb.

The 130-bedroom hotel plans include meeting and fitness facilities as well as a bar and bistro.

Contractor Polocom Construction has started the production of bedrooms in Poland before they are transported to the site near Inverness airport in May.

A spokesman for RBH has said that the hotel is set to be open by the end of the year: “While we can’t give an exact opening date at the moment, the hotel is scheduled to open in quarter 4 of 2019” she said.

Molo Hotels changed their name from Polocom Developments in 2019.
