Temporary closure announced for Infirmary Bridge in Inverness

AN Inverness city centre bridge will be closed temporarily to allow maintenance works next week.

A Highland Council's spokesperson has confirmed that the Infirmary Bridge will be closed to the public while essential bridge maintenance is carried out.

The closure will be in place between 8am and 6pm on Monday, December 12.

An altrernative route will be available using Ness Walk Upper, Bishops Road, Ardross Terrace, Ness Walk, The Ness Bridge and Cavell Gardens Road.
