THE annual degree show featuring work from final year students studying art and design subjects at Inverness College UHI has been on display in the city centre for the first time.

RISE was at the Inverness Museum and Art Gallery until Saturday and celebrated the talent of students graduating from BA (Hons) contemporary art and contextualised practice and BA (Hons) visual communication and design programmes.

Work from 15 students was on show.

The free exhibition explored a range of mediums covering a variety of topics, merging contemporary art and design with illustration, textile design and technology.

It was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Loch Ness, the Rotary Club of Inverness Culloden and the Art Society Highland.
