At the weekend, 10,000 fans packed-out Cooper Park ready to watch the star perform live and had everyone singing his 90s classics. To the crowd's surprise, the star also brought along his friend and co-star Caribbean rapper, Bubbler Ranx, who featured in Andre’s hit single ‘Mysterious Girl’.

Peter said: “I’d love to come back to Inverness to play a gig. We used to go to Inverness, Aberdeen and Glasgow back in the day.

“Whenever we went to places like Inverness, which are outside of the bigger cities, that’s where we’d find the real beauty. It just makes me go ‘wow’.

“Driving here, I just thought, my god isn’t it beautiful. It’s just gorgeous!”

Andre brought plenty of energy to the stage with his 90s style outfit and dancing.

He said: “I’m the only 51-year-old that still dresses like a 10-year-old.

“I love dancing at 51 because I remember my friends used to say ‘dance in your 20s, because in your 50s you won’t be able to’ and I’m here like, let’s go!

“I still have the same energy as I did back then.”

Overall, the world famous singer ‘really enjoyed’ his performance at MacMoray Festival and expressed his gratitude for the ‘amazing audience’.
