Inverness school, Dalneigh Primary School, partially closed after damage to roof during winds overnight in the Highlands - classes closed to P3/4 P4 P5 P5/6 P6 and P7

Special arrangements have been made at Dalneigh Primary School, after the wind blew off part of its roof.

The school is closed to the majority classes, with the school's breakfast club also being cancelled for today.

Children have been asked to use their google classrooms for today's lessons.

A message on Dalneigh Primary School said: "The school will be closed to P3/4 P4 P5 P5/6 P6 and P7 today due to the roof being damaged.

"Can these classes please login to their google classroom? If you have not got the password can you please let us know after 10am.

"The school is open to Nursery P1 P1/2 P2/3 and P3.

"There will be no Breakfast Club."

A second message said: "Could P1 P1/2 P2/3 and P3 children please use the front door of the school this morning?"
