A leading IT support provider in the Highlands has expanded its services with the launch of sfG Wi-Fi.

The new service from sfG Software is aimed at enhancing connectivity and network solutions for businesses of all sizes across the Highlands and Islands.

Leveraging their expertise and commitment to exceptional service, the introduction of sfG Wi-Fi represents a significant expansion of their service offerings.

"At sfG Software, our mission has always been to provide first-class IT support services to businesses in the Highlands," said Ben Hosie, product manager at sfG Software.

"With the launch of sfG Wi-Fi, we are excited to extend our capabilities further and address the evolving connectivity needs of our clients."

sfG Wi-Fi offers businesses a complete suite of managed network services, including wireless internet access, network infrastructure deployment and management, real-time monitoring, ongoing maintenance, and comprehensive support.

With a focus on seamless connectivity, sfG Wi-Fi empowers businesses to deliver reliable wireless access to employees, customers, and visitors across their premises.

"Our team of experts at sfG Wi-Fi is dedicated to crafting tailored network solutions that ensure uninterrupted connectivity and optimal performance for businesses," added Andy Mackinnon, IT support manager at sfG Software.

"Whether it's conducting a free Wi-Fi audit, setting up a new Wi-Fi infrastructure, or providing support and maintenance for existing setups, we are committed to delivering exceptional service at every step."

Kerry Robertson from Parklands Care Homes, one of sfG’s customers said: ” sfG have been helping us with all our IT support & Wi-Fi service for several years.

“I personally like their remote support, where they take control of the PC to fix minor problems. This saves time as an onsite visit is not always needed; therefore, disruption is kept to a minimum and the problem is resolved very quickly.

“They have also resolved a number of Wi-Fi issues we were experiencing in some of our Care Homes.”

In addition to expanding its service portfolio, sfG Software remains committed to investing in the local economy by growing their team of experts.

This investment underscores their dedication to providing employment opportunities and fostering talent within the community of the Highlands.

Andy Mackinnon added: "We are delighted to welcome a new member to the team this week to help reinforce the expertise we already have to hand and to assist in delivering our new sfG Wi-Fi service.

“Alongside that, another of our team members is just about to complete an IT Professional Level 8 apprenticeship. We are excited to be continuously bolstering and developing the team."
