TIME is running out for Highland food and drink companies to register for an event that will put their wares in front of key UK and international buyers.

Showcasing Scotland 2017 provides a spotlight for Scottish produce and takes place on October 3 and 4 in Gleneagles, Perthshire.

Showcasing Scotland has previously attracted more than 130 buyers from around the world who came face-to-face with 100 Scottish producers, resulting in more than £35 million worth of new business.

Elaine Jamieson (above), who is head of food and drink at Highlands and Islands Enterprise, is urging local firms to attend.
