Temporary closure of part of A831 Drumnadrochit – Cannich – Beauly Toll Road

Highland Council has updated the times of the temporary closure of part of A831 Drumnadrochit – Cannich – Beauly Toll Road.

The restrictions will be in operation between the hours of 7pm - 11pm nightly from 7pm today (Tuesday March 29) until 11pm on Thursday (March 31).

The councill say that the road closure is required in the interests of safety during public utility improvement works.

It is being carried out by a contractor working on behalf of Scottish Water.

The A831 Drumnadrochit – Cannich – Beauly Toll Road will be closed at its junction with the A82 Dalnottar – Inverness trunk road and extending in a westerly direction to its junction with the private access leading to the Loch Ness Lodge Hotel.

Traffic will not be permitted to turn left or right into the A831 Drumnadrochit-Cannich-Beauly Toll Road from the A82 Dalnottar - Inverness trunk road.
