NOMINATIONS are now open for the annual Staff and Volunteer Awards for High Life Highland (HLH).

The charity hosts the event to recognise the people who go above and beyond in their work between September 1 2021 to June 30 2022.

Nominations can be of a member of staff from any of its centres and libraries and should show their positive attitude and effort made to improve the lives of others.

HLH chief executive Steve Walsh said: “We would love to hear from you if you have received outstanding service from a member of the High Life Highland team and feel they should be nominated and recognised for their work.

“Our annual ceremony celebrates the huge range of work carried out by our staff and volunteers through all aspects of the charity and right across the Highlands.

“Without the tremendous hard work of our staff and volunteers, the organisation could not provide the essential services to the Highland community, and we think the amazing work carried out each day is something to shout about.”

The ceremony will take place on October 6.
