Santander hosting event to help Highland home buyers

A FREE event will help take the mystery out of buying a home for aspiring Highland homeowners.

The Inverness branch of Santander will be hosting a 90-minute class February 15 for people considering buying a home for the first time or those who simply want to know more about the homebuying process.

The event is part of a national drive by the bank to support first-time buyers after research showed striking misconceptions and knowledge gaps among aspiring first-time buyers. It will include budgeting, the role of a solicitor and what happens at exchange and on completion.
