An Inverness creative group is appealing for an empty shop which it can use for a temporary art project.

Circus Artspace, which is an artist-run initiative and graduate support programme in the Highlands, made the appeal via its Twitter account @CircusArtspace.

The post read: "We are looking for vacant shop spaces in #Inverness city centre, to use for a temporary art project.

"Throwing this out in case there are landlords who would like to collaborate and make our city more vibrant."
