Two days of free family fun are set to delight all ages when the Great Easter Egg Hunt returns to Inverness this weekend.

The popular annual event hops back into Inverness City Centre on Good Friday and Saturday, March 29 and 30, for two days of delightful family entertainment - all completely free of charge.

“Embark on the egg hunt as you scour city centre shop windows in search of Easter eggs with a colourful map to guide you,” said a spokesperson for Inverness BID, which is organising the event.

“And the fun doesn’t stop there, in addition to the egg hunt, enjoy an array of Easter-themed activities including crafts, face painting, and entertainment courtesy of talented street performers. And don’t miss the chance to capture a memorable moment with our friendly giant bunnies and bears – perfect for a cuddly photo opportunity!

“Participants can collect their entry forms from either of our two entry points - outside the Steeple on Church Street or inside the Eastgate Centre at the Falcon Square entrance.

“As families work together to uncover all the hidden eggs, they’ll be challenged to decipher the Easter Bunny's name for a chance to win a £100 Inverness City Centre Gift Card! With fun-filled activities for all ages, The Great Easter Egg Hunt promises an unforgettable Easter celebration for families and friends alike.

“So mark your calendars and get ready to hop into Easter with us in Inverness city centre!”

The Great Easter Egg Hunt is organised by Inverness BID with support from Eastgate Shopping Centre.
