Royal Dornoch will host the charity event.

The event, hosted by Inverness’s Kingsmills Hotel, will take place on April 15 with guests able to enjoy top quality food and drink alongside the golf as a three course evening meal of salmon, deer loin and chocolate fondant provided by the hotel will follow a planned tournament event.

The evening will also feature live entertainment and a charity auction and raffle, with the prize winners from the day’s play also being recognised for their achievements in a special ceremony.

Mikeysline, which provides support for young people across the Highlands suffering mental health difficulties, is currently appealing for prizes for both the raffle and auction.

Open all year round it provides both text-based and face-to-face support to those in need and also visits schools to support children and deliver workshops on mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

The Highlands has the highest regional suicide rate in the UK, and Mikeysline says it has seen the need for its services increase over the last 18 months.
