Morrisons Inverness Community Champions presents Christmas toys to the children's ward at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness – the group used a £100 Morrisons gift card which it was given after winning the Highland News Highland Heroes community champion award to buy the gifts

Raigmore Hospital's children's ward in Inverness has been given £100 worth of Christmas toys by Morrisons Inverness Community Champions.

The group used a gift token which it received when it won the Highland News Highland heroes community champion award to buy the gifts.

A spokesman said: "Some of you may remember last year we were completely surprised and delighted to win the Highland News Highland Heroes community champion award.

"We were presented with a £100 Morrisons gift card, we saved this card and have used it to purchase £100 worth of Christmas toys for the childrens ward at Raigmore Hospital."
