Volunteers set up a tombola and had collection buckets at the Tesco Extra store in Inverness Shopping Park to help support the children’s charity.
Not only did they receive vital funds, but the charity hoped to raise awareness of the work it does across the north, such as emergency family support and providing specialist equipment for families at home or in school.
Karen Mangan, regional fundraising officer for Archie Highlands, said: “We are hosting these fundraising days in the hope to raise much-needed funds as well as awareness of the Archie Foundation and to ask people to remember us and the services we provide during the festive season.”
