A SPOOKTACULAR event at Inverness Botanic Gardens returns this week and families are in for a treat.

The Night at the BOOtanics experience will see the gardens transformed into a light and projection experience from October 26 to 30.

It will feature the plants, gardens and many surprising features and visitors will have the chance to take home their own souvenir photo of the event.

As well as the photo booth, participants will have the opportunity to enjoy catering on offer from High Life Highland’s own barbeque at the BOOtanics and from Oregano Mobile Catering company before or after their trick or treat trail.

Councillor Glynis Sinclair, the Provost of Inverness and chairwoman of the City of Inverness Events and Festivals Working Group, said: “With this being the first event in our City of Inverness Events and Festivals Winter Programme for 2022, we are delighted that it is off to a great start with all the available slots taken.

“It’s great to be able to offer this seasonal family event in Inverness, thanks to the financial support of the Inverness Common Good Fund.”

Night at the BOOtanics is one of a series of experiences presented by Highland Council’s Inverness Events and Festivals Working group which is financially supported by the Inverness Common Good Fund.

This years’ event has also received financial support from Event Scotland’s National Event Programme.
