LONG-SERVING staff with an accountancy firm in Inverness have been recognised for their dedication to the business.

Johnston Carmichael, which has offices across Scotland, held its annual long service awards at Perth Racecouurse recently where Inverness employee Sheila Connelly was among those recognised for 40 years with the firm.

Their were awards too for Neil McPhie, marking 15 years, and Alison Fraser and Scott MacDonald, for 10 years each.

Craig MacPherson, managing partner of Johnston Carmichael’s Inverness office, said: “2019 has been a year of great change for Johnston Carmichael, with leadership transitions and the opening of our new Dundee and London offices to name but a few examples.

“What hasn’t changed, however, is the dedication and hard work of our team.

“It’s absolutely fantastic to see these levels of commitment from such a talented team, and we don’t take that loyalty for granted – we are always striving to ensure that each member of staff is empowered and supported to fulfil a job and a career path that they are passionate about.”
