Firefighters called to Morrisons in Inverness to put out a small fire at the store this morning

Two fire crews were called to an Inverness supermarket this morning.

The alarm was raised at 7.33am and when they arrived at Morrisons in Millburn Road they found a small blaze.

Firefighters used a dry powder to extinguish the flames and wore four sets of breathing apparatus when tackling the fire.

The area was declared safe at 8.12am.
