Firefighters called out to fire at property in Highlands

Firefighters were called out to tackle a blaze at a house in a Highland community.

The incident happened at a semi-detached property in Gordon Terrace, Invergordon, on Saturday afternoon.

The fire was confined to the first floor and loft space.

Firefighters from Invergordon, Dingwall and Tain went to the scene after the alarm was raised just after 2pm.

The fire was reported to be out at 3.38pm.

No one was injured.
