Scottish Fire and Rescue Service appliances called out to Inverness Campus student accommodation after false alarm

TWO fire engines were scrambled to the Inverness Campus this morning after an alarm was triggered.

The appliances were called out to the student accommodation buildings at the campus shortly before 8am.

But they were able to stand down shortly after arriving after it emerged it was a false alarm.
