Family pays tribute after Inverness woman (23) loses battle with cystic fibrosis

A YOUNG woman who battled serious illness all her life and defied doctors who only gave her months to live has finally lost her brave fight.

Jade Munro (23) was given only six months to live three years ago after a lifelong struggle with cystic fibrosis (CF).

And her dying wish was typically selfless – all her hair was cut off and donated to the Princess Trust to help kids with cancer.

Today, Jade’s mum Rena paid tribute to her “wonderful” daughter who was “her most precious gift”.
