The annual general meeting (AGM) of the Nairn Improvement Community Enterprise Company is set to take place at Nairn Community & Arts Centre on Tuesday, September 20, at 7pm.

The following directors will retire by rotation as provided by the articles of the company – Alastair Noble, John Hart, Sam Hey, Hamish Bain, Hazel Clark.

All are agreeable to be reappointed.

Directors Michael Barnett and Iain Fairweather, who had retired as directors since the last AGM, will not be standing again.
