A new housing development in Inverness is already in demand with builder Springfield Properties reporting over 1000 home hunters signing up to the mailing list.

The Moray-based builder's Drumossie development, located just off Culloden Road near the Drumossie Hotel, will include a range of two bedroom flats and three and four bedroom homes and will be complete with integrated kitchen appliances, a choice of paint colours throughout, cabling for electric car charging points, lock block drives and turf in the front and back gardens.

Springfield sales manager, Joyce Hadden, said: “We’re really excited to introduce our high quality and stylish homes to Inverness in the coming weeks and to have such an overwhelming level of interest already is fantastic.

“Springfield Drumossie is a short drive to the heart of the city, shops and local amenities are a stone’s throw away and the beauty of the Scottish Highlands is right on its doorstep. There will be greenery and planting throughout the development, informal walking routes through the established wooded areas, as well as natural play features such as log balancing beams included too.

“The homes are attractive, have turfed gardens and are complete with great specification and a wide range of choices.”
