THE sudden death of a 48-year-old man in Westhill at the weekend is not suspicious, police confirmed this morning.

Iain Livingston, who worked for Scottish and Southern Energy as a project manager, was found dead on Sunday lunchtime at his home in Woodlands Way.

Police initially described the death as unexplained and sealed off the house while forensic officers in white protective suits investigated the scene.

But this morning police confirmed that Mr Livingston's death was not being treated as suspicious.

As with all sudden deaths, a report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
