HIGHLAND Council announced plans to carry out road resurfacing works on Old Perth Road in Inverness from Sunday 25 June.

Works will extend over five consecutive nights, from 7pm until 7am each night, with works to plane out and lay new surfacing in the area highlighted in red (below) taking place between Sunday, June 25 and Monday, June 26 and the area around the roundabout connecting with Culcabock Road on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Works are due to end on Thursday, June 29 when works to resurface roundabout tails will be carried out as well as white lining and yellow box junction road markings.

The work to remove the existing road surface will be carried out before 11pm, to minimise the impact of any noise disturbance on local residents.
