Go ByCycle will be offering information and activities to help people stay connected, healthy and active while social distancing.

Starting from next week the group will post every Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a different theme each week.

The first week's theme is on healthy eating and drinking.

"We will share useful information and fun activities to help people get outside once a day or bring nature in," the team, part of Inverness's Velocity project, said.

Velocity's bike workshop, in the Crown area of Inverness, has remained open to help those who have to travel to work, collect supplies or visit vulnerable people in the community.
