Crash on A835 Dingwall-Ullapool road 'restricts traffic in both directions' west of Maryburgh roundabout, warns Traffic Scotland

MOTORISTS have been warned that a busy trunk route is "restricted in both directions" following a crash this afternoon.

Traffic Scotland said emergency services are "at the scene" following a crash on the A835 Dingwall-Ullapool road west of the Maryburgh Roundabout.

It first reported the crash at 2.26pm. There was no initial word as to the number of vehicles involved or if there have been any injuries.

Traffic Scotland has advised motorists "to approach [the location] with caution."
