Early hours crash blocks A9 near Tomatin

The southbound carriageway of the A9 in the Tomatin area was blocked following a collision during the early hours of this morning.

The incident was reported by police at around 2am.

It was near to the Tomatin northbound slip road and the the southbound side of the road was closed with a diversion in place.

Drivers were advised to avoid the area until the road was reopened by 4am after the scene was cleared.
