A TEAROOM on Loch Ness-side has announced it has closed temporarily because of Covid.

A social media statement from Cameron's said: "Unfortunately we are having to close until further notice as a member of staff has been in close contact with someone that has tested positive on a lateral flow test and is awaiting results.

"We have decided to close as a precautionary measure for the safety of customers and staff. We will keep you updated. Thank you for your understanding. Best wishes, Morag."

In Inverness, The Mustard Seed on Fraser Street, is closing for 10 days after a member of staff had to self-isolate, and Thai Dining in Academy Street, said that due to a member of staff having been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid19, they have taken the decision to close until all members of staff have been tested and have negative results.
