Community policing team in Inverness issues invitation to Coffee with a Cop event at Starbucks

Community police officers in Inverness are inviting the public to have 'Coffee with a Cop' at an event tomorrow.

It will be held at Starbucks in Sir Walter Scott Drive between 10am and 11am,

Police Scotland said: "This is an opportunity for people to come and chat with local officers who work in their community and discuss policing issues and concerns they have.

"We want to work with communities to make them better and safer places to live in and work in.

"Due to the nature of our job, we may have to leave at short notice and your understanding of this is greatly appreciated."
