There will be a fundraising concert in Inverness tomorrow.

Acclaim choir will perform at the Free North Church in Bank Street from 7.30pm.

The group’s last concert in June raised a total of £4900 for the Ukraine Children’s Ministry.

Choir director Elaine Kirkham said all associated costs are funded by choir members so everything we raise at our concerts goes to our supported charity.

They will be raising funds for The Haven Centre and Mrs Kirkham said: “The centre is due to be completed in the spring of next year. We will be showing a short video highlighting who and what the centre is for.

“The choir will be around 75 in total, supported by local musicians. The choir will sing a number of pieces and the audience will get a chance to sing their favourite Christmas carols.”

Entry to the concert is free by ticket and donations are given by the audience. Contact: elaineklorien@hotmail.co.uk
