Celebrity thanks for NHS Highland; tweet suggests Spice Girl star Victoria Beckham called Caithness General Hospital to show gratitude

It appears that Spice Girls star Victoria Beckham has expressed gratitude to NHS Highland.

The health authority tweeted about a call to Caithness General Hospital.

It is understood a temporary doctor at the hospital is a friend of Victoria's.

Victoria is married to former England footballer David Beckham.
