Cllr Paul Oldham has advised users of the car parks the closures are for ‘white lining works’ to be undertaken.

In a letter to constituents Cllr Oldham adds he only got news of the closures this week.

“I’m at something of a loss to know why it’s going to take two days to do this on each part,” he said.
