BUSINESS leaders from across the region celebrated the success of young people entering the world of work at a gathering in Inverness.

The Employers Celebration Evening, organised by Developing the Young Workforce Inverness and Central Highland (DYWICH), was held at the Kingsmills Hotel.

Programme manager Andy Maxtone said: “We’re delighted to bring together employers for this event as a way to celebrate the support shown for the young Highland workforce.

“Everything we do is about putting the region’s talented young people in the best place to succeed and working with the local business community to understand their needs is key to that. The buy-in that we’ve had from a whole range of companies and industries is brilliant.”
