Police in Inverness are appealing for information following the theft of a charity box.

About 2am yesterday the Co-op in Telford Street in the city Inverness was broken into and a large golden retriever charity box was stolen.

Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to contact Police on 101 or via the Police Scotland website quoting reference PS-20210209-0277.

Anonymous reports can be made to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
