Police confirm men arrested in connection with death of Ross MacGillivray have been charged





Police Scotland have confirmed in a statement that two men have been arrested and now charged in connection with the death of Inverness man Ross MacGillivray.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Two men, aged 21 and 28, have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of 36-year-old Ross MacGillivray in Inverness.

"They are due to appear before Inverness Sheriff Court on Monday, November 20, 2023."

The statement follows an investigation into the murder of 36-year-old Ross MacGillivray, who died after being found with serious injuries at a property in St Ninian Drive in Inverness on Sunday.
