Emergency services have been called out to Nairn.

Officers from both the coastguard and the police are currently at the scene on Nairn West Beach.

One witness, who was speaking from the scene, said there was at least one police car and seven officers from the coastguard currently there.

The incident is ongoing and currently under investigation.
