Crerar Hotels has revealed the results of a six-figure spa transformation at Golf View Hotel and Spa in Nairn.

The £850,000 makeover sees the group unveil the brand-new Coast Spa – a destination spa believed to rival some of the best in Scotland.

As well as an upgraded hydro experience, a relaxing dip in the hot tubs, or steam and sauna against the backdrop of the Moray Firth, Coast Spa will boast Scotland’s first Kurland-Steinbad Stone Bath – often known as a ‘volcano sauna’.

Coast Spa manager Kate Paterson said: “Coast Spa brings a whole new dimension, creating a real destination spa in the north of Scotland that offers the highest standard of treatments and facilities.

“We believe it can rival some of the best destination spas in the country, and really elevates the offering at Golf View Hotel and Spa.”

She believes it could attract international tourists.
