A 52-year-old motorcyclist has died after an accident on a Highland road this morning.

The man was taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness with serious injuries following a crash on the A835 at the junction of the A832 near Garve at around 8.35am.

He died in hospital following the collision between the red Honda he was driving and a white Volvo XC70.
